The Expert D25 PVDF range is particularly suitable for difficult dosing conditions, such as those associated with corrosive or abrasive additives. The D25RE metering pump is installed on the water network and uses water pressure as its sole driving force. When activated, it sucks in the concentrated product, doses it to the desired percentage and then mixes it with the float water. The solution is then sent downstream. The dose of injected product is always proportional to the volume of water flowing through the metering pump, regardless of variations in flow rate or system pressure.

Externally adjustable proportional dosing
The dosage is adjusted by aligning the top of the adjustment ring with the desired scale on the graduation scale. The amount of product injected is proportional to the amount of water entering the dosing pump.
