Since early 2019, the Water Line injection pumps have been expanded to include a new dosing pump that can dose chemicals up to 30 m 3 /h (maximum flow rate) without electricity.
Chlorine or other disinfection chemicals are proportionally dosed and always injected with water at the chosen dosage to achieve optimal water quality.
Pump technology:
A flow divider in the lower section (patented technology) that provides continuous flow distribution with a constant ratio of input flow rate. A certified chlorine dosing pump in the upper section provides dosing of the desired additive in proportion to the flow rate supplied by the flow divider.
Like all Dosatron dosing pumps, the dosing of the additive by the system as a whole is proportional to the water volume, regardless of the variations in pressure and flow rate that may occur.
What is the best way to install my D30WL chlorine dosing pump?
The D30WL chemical dosing pump should be mounted in by-pass as shown below.
In-line mounting is possible, but is not recommended as it does not allow the dosing pump to be easily isolated for maintenance (necessary to shut off the water supply). For installations from gravity tanks, ensure that the minimum water pressure is available for correct operation of the dosing pump. By installing the D30WL dosing system on a by-pass, clear water can be supplied to the plant without operating the D30WL chlorine dosing pump and can be easily dismantled.

Each Dosatron is self-priming. Manual venting is possible.
