Dosatron developed a high-quality dosing pump that can work with water temperatures up to 70°C / 158°F. The temperature of the hot water improves the cleaning process of greasy surfaces. The increase in water temperature lowers the surface tension of the water. This makes it possible to save water and chemicals (cleaning products) compared to the same process with cold water. The savings are also significant for wastewater treatment. Thanks to the dosing range of 0.03 to 10%, this pump can be used in all processes in the food hygiene industry.
